Okay, this again seemed to fail while my manual run succeeded, I will now add the _cache to the repo |
Added various file patterns to .gitignore for LaTeX, Julia, and other auxiliary files.

Normally the site should now be able to compile. Fixed this by first locally generating the _cache to produce a succeful export of the notebooks and then removing the _cache from the repo. Now if succesfully builds in +- 15 minutes.
