  • 👋 Hi there, I’m @Kitamreik, nice to digitally meet you! My pronouns are they and/or she. I am a Full Stack Web Developer, with a concentration in Back End Development, as well as being a Global Restorative & Transformative Justice Practitioner.
  • 🌱 In 2025, I have refined my skills with freelance development for clients, deepening my knowledge of Machine Learning and Java, and in the field of cybersecurity, attending several Hackathons from the Sentinel One Dept. of Defense and The Diana Institute in Las Vegas, Nevada.
  • 🌱 In 2024, I've successfully completed the Google Coursera Cybersecurity Course to gain an intermediate understanding of being a Cybersecurity Analyst as well as doing the ISC course. Additionally, I have completed the Headstarter internship as a Software Engineering Fellow over the summer- learning, integrating and implmenting React, Next.js, Node/Express.js, EJS (Embedded JavaScript), Python and Generative AI in several projects. Additionally, I have learned and practiced with Version Control Systems such as Git, GitHub, Markdown as well as the Front End- HTML, CSS, Javascript and the Back End- MongoDB, Mongoose, Linux and setting up servers and databases, as well as authenticating them via Google, GitHub and Clerk strategies!
  • 🌱 I’m currently learning and exploring Dockerization and Java. I plan to take the ISC2, Pentesting and Security+ exams next year.
  • 💞️ I’m looking to collaborate on any "Good First Issues" or any website ideas you'd like to bring to life to synthesize what I have been learning. I would like to connect around further opportunities to further refine my abilities towards entry/mid level work for Software Engineering & Data Analysis, as well as management/for advancement.
