Description
Updates the public kongctl installation instructions to use the supported
Homebrew formula instead of the deprecated cask. This updates both the kongctl
macOS installation tab and the homepage CLI card.
Related to Kong/kongctl#2009.
This PR should remain staged until the formula-based release path is ready for
public documentation.
