View filter buttons missing checkmark active status indicators

The view filtering buttons to show unchanged, deleted, modified, created, or ignored files do not have the checkmark indicators to show that they are toggled on. These appear in the screenshots in the README, but are missing in the current extension.

Hi, the checkmarks are still there. It seems this is the new theme "Dark 2026". "Light 2026" has the same issue. The new color is too dark/light to be clearly visible. This makes it a little bit tricky to find another one. I have to figure out which one can also be used.

@L13, oh, I just realized that the indicators aren't checkmarks anymore. They're the bold bars underneath each button. I can see them, I just had no idea that those were indicators. Each button has a full-length line at the top, so the lines at the bottom of each button make them look like top and bottom borders of a two-column table or window. I think it's just that they blend in with the rest of the button's design. Do you think something like a box with slightly rounded corners set to the same color as the accented lines on each button might work?

I tried several variants for the indicators. Also classic checkmarks or borders like in your example. Finally I came up with the current solution. In my opinion the colors are too dark/light in those themes. Maybe they change them in a near future release or I have to find another option.
