This addresses #4, where sources in the 5-10 Jy range (with default settings) are completely ignored and LoTSS is cut off at 5 Jy. This PR addresses that by using
bright_limit_Jyas the faint limit for the extreme catalogue and raising the upper limit for LoTSS to a high value, such that dd-calibration will not miss bright sources.
