Closes #1295
Summary
CLAUDE.mdcontained 12 em-dashes (U+2014), which break the project rule against them. This PR replaces each one with whatever punctuation suits its sentence: a colon, commas, parentheses or a full stop. Two headings and a comment in the label-mirroring bash block are among the 12. The wording is otherwise unchanged, and no other file in the repo contains em-dashes.Evidence
