Summary

Part 1 of 2 for #509 (p1). Redshift reserved nodes cannot be tagged, so the reserved-node dedupe guard, which looks for an idempotency-token tag, refuses every tokenized purchase. Per the owner decision on LeanerCloud/cloud-commitments-platform#702 (option C), dedupe moves to matching DescribeReservedNodes, which needs to know when the purchase lineage was first dispatched.

This adds one field to common.PurchaseOptions:

// RequestedAt is the first-dispatch time of this purchase lineage, stable
// across re-drives of the same IdempotencyToken. Providers use it to bound
// idempotency lookups for services that have no client token (Redshift
// reserved nodes). A zero value means unknown; a provider that requires it
// must refuse the purchase rather than guess.
RequestedAt time.Time

Additive and unused in this PR, so it compiles under both go.work and the GOWORK=off standalone provider builds (still on the old pkg pin). Every PurchaseOptions{...} literal in this repo (238), the CLI (1), MCP (2) and the platform (7) is keyed or empty, so none breaks.

Part 2 bumps the providers/aws pin past this and switches the Redshift guard; it is reviewed and ready. The platform must then persist the first-dispatch time per lineage and pass it (requirements posted on platform#702).

Refs #509

Verification

make build, make vet, (cd pkg && GOWORK=off go test -race -short ./common/...), (cd providers/aws && GOWORK=off go build ./...) on the old pin, pinned golangci-lint v2.10.1 on pkg (0 issues), gofmt, and the commit/pre-push hooks pass.

Local review: the plan had two adversarial passes by a non-author reviewer; the 6-line diff was reviewed by a non-author.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • New Features
    • Purchase requests can now include the timestamp of the first dispatch. The timestamp remains consistent when the same request is retried, helping providers identify existing purchases. If a provider requires this timestamp and it is unknown, the purchase will not proceed.

PurchaseOptions gains RequestedAt, which records the first dispatch time for a purchase lineage. Its documentation defines how providers use the timestamp and what to do when it is zero.

…ncy lookups

Redshift reserved nodes are not taggable and PurchaseReservedNodeOffering
takes no client token, so the tag-based duplicate guard cannot work
(#509, platform#702 option C). The replacement matches an existing
owned node by offering, count and start time, which needs a lower bound:
the first-dispatch time of the purchase lineage.

Add RequestedAt to PurchaseOptions. It is stable across re-drives; zero
means unknown and a provider that requires it must refuse rather than
guess. Additive only: no behavior change here, and every PurchaseOptions
literal in this repo and the cli, mcp and platform checkouts is keyed.
The Redshift client consumes it in a follow-up PR.
