Fixes audit finding PM-1 (Vercel competitor audit, 2026-10-19).

What was wrong

The public repo had no SECURITY.md or documented way to report a vulnerability.

What changed

  • New SECURITY.md: supported versions (latest 1.0.0 alpha only), reporting via GitHub private vulnerability reporting (no email), what to include, response targets (ack in 5 business days), disclosure policy, and a Security model section linking docs/auth.md, docs/workspace-tools.md#security-model, docs/deployment.md, docs/approvals.md.
  • README: one link line under Contributing; llms.txt/llms-full.txt regenerated.
  • package.json files: added SECURITY.md (CONTRIBUTING.md already ships; pack dry-run lists it).

Tests

Docs-only. npx vitest run scripts/docs-links.test.ts scripts/llmsTxt.test.ts: 89 passed. npm run docs:llms:check: passes. npm pack --dry-run --ignore-scripts includes SECURITY.md.

Note: GitHub private vulnerability reporting is currently DISABLED on the repo (gh api returns enabled:false). It must be enabled in Settings > Code security for the report link to work.

Changelog: Added SECURITY.md with supported versions, private reporting instructions and disclosure policy.
