Follow diesel, sqlparser and their dependents to their main tips

Every workspace lock moves to the current main of its git dependencies. diesel now rolls back a SQLite transaction whose COMMIT fails (diesel-rs/diesel#5241), which R92's deferred reference checks rely on. sqlparser now reads a SQLite table declared WITHOUT ROWID, STRICT (apache/datafusion-sqlparser-rs#2575), which R92 parses when it rewrites the replica DDL. subql, pg2sqlite, sql-traits and sqlparser-canonicalize move with it, since each needed a change to build against the new sqlparser.
