to remove the suggestion to qualify the column with either joined table;
recommend referencing the merged column by its bare name instead.

require the result to be `Error::TranslationRefusal` before checking that its
detail names `option`; do not let a `SqlParseError` containing the original SQL
satisfy the assertion.

Two sqlparser changes stopped pg2sqlite from compiling against sqlparser
main. apache/datafusion-sqlparser-rs#2575 replaced thestrictandwithout_rowidflags onCreateTablewithsqlite_table_options, a list of SQLite table options in source order. Every table pg2sqlite emits now carries a singleSTRICToption, and none onCREATE TABLE ... AS, so the output text is unchanged. apache/datafusion-sqlparser-rs#2492 addedJoinConstraint::UsingAliasfor PostgreSQL'st1 JOIN t2 USING (a) AS j, which pg2sqlite's join translation did not handle.sqlparser reads both new constructs in every dialect, so each needs a decision. A source
WITHOUT ROWIDused to be carried through, and next to pg2sqlite's ownSTRICTit came out asWITHOUT ROWID STRICT, which SQLite rejects as a syntax error. PostgreSQL rejects both table options as well, so a source carrying either one is now refused like the other foreignCREATE TABLEclauses. SQLite'sUSINGtakes no alias, and a bare column cannot always stand in forj.abecause SQLite calls it ambiguous once a third table shares the name. So the join alias is refused too, in both directions, and the error names the clause.
