🔍 Problem Statement

Description

Develop a unified search API that allows users to query both projects and contracts with flexible filters. This service should provide fast, indexed lookups and consistent pagination for large datasets.

Requirements

• Keyword search — full-text search across project titles, descriptions, and contract metadata.
• Status filtering — filter by project/contract status (e.g., active, completed, draft).
• Budget filtering — support min/max budget ranges.
• Date filtering — filter by creation date, deadline, or completion date.
• Pagination — consistent page/limit parameters for scalable results.
• Sorting — sort by relevance, budget, date, or status.
