Add unified SHAREit-style Home screen (Send & Receive) and H.264 screen capture sender.

Key Changes:

• HomeActivity with focusable Send and Receive buttons for D-pad/remote & touchscreen navigation.
• SenderActivity with Android < 5.0 check, default address input, and ZXing TV QR code scanner.
• ScreenCaptureService using MediaProjection and synchronous MediaCodec H.264 encoder (720p, ~3 Mbps, 30fps baseline low-latency profile).
• LibreCastClient WebSocket client streaming H.264 NAL chunks live to receiver.
• Updated AndroidManifest.xml with required permissions (FOREGROUND_SERVICE, CAMERA, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PROJECTION) and optional camera feature.
