fix: soroban events and auth tree analyzers (#914, #915, #916, #917)

Implements Stellar Wave issues 914-917 following existing analyzer/rule conventions (maskNonCode, extractFunctions, lexical source analysis, analyzer tests + rule tests).

• Detect Redundant Soroban Events #914: redundant event analyzer tracks env.events().publish emissions per execution path, compares normalized topics+payloads, skips exclusive branches, suggests hoisting/removal.
• Detect Oversized Soroban Event Payloads #915: event payload size analyzer estimates payload size, detects large structures, reports source locations with optimization guidance.
• Implement Soroban Event Topic Consistency Rule #916: event topic consistency analyzer extracts topics, compares related events, reports inconsistent naming with affected functions.
• Implement Soroban Authorization Tree Analyzer #917: authorization tree analyzer builds entrypoint-rooted trees with auth-call, nested-check, conditional-branch, and cross-contract nodes via call edges; rule flags missing/helper-only auth. Depth analyzer untouched.
