This will be merged once the following tasks are done:

  • Merge pending PRs, fix important issues
  • Test pulseq 1.5 support (offresonance, rotation extension)
  • Fix sign in simulation and reconstruction to follow physics convention
  • Test all notebooks

* changed dsv to mr0 pipeline to use dsv2pulseq package (https://github.com/mavel101/dsv2pulseq)

* added important hint for correct dsv simulation before converting.

Resolves notebook conflicts between main's PR #173 reformat and
v1.0-dev's fft -> ifft rename by applying the ifft rename on top of
main's reformatted notebook content.

The bloch isochromat sim should get same sign convention
