The ml/cnxk driver is built with TVM, which causes DPDK to emit -ldmlc -ltvm_runtime. Static consumers (DAO) are forced to link TVM/dmlc, breaking their build. Strip both tokens during packaging. Signed-off-by: Nagendra T P <nagendraputhane@gmail.com>
