actions-rs/*actions in the PR workflow withactions-rust-lang/setup-rust-toolchain, which also configures the Rust cache, and run cargo directly. The checkout action moves from v2/v3 to v7. The toolchain action denies build warnings by default, so the test job now fails on warnings, as the clippy job already did.Add the
