Hi, I'm Meenakshi. I'm a 2026 graduate, about to step into the corporate world, and somewhere along the way I've realized that most of what I've learned so far is... kind of a mess.
I know things. I've built things. I've solved problems. I've studied DSA. But somewhere between learning for exams, building projects, and trying to keep up with everything, a lot of it became fragmented things I could use without really understanding, things I memorized and forgot, and things I thought I understood until I had to actually use them.
So, I'm starting over........ properly......... As I should have -_-
I'm going back through Java, OOP, DSA, I/O, threads, concurrency, networking and eventually security, trying to connect the pieces instead of just collecting them. There will probably be a lot of bad code, forgotten concepts, stupid mistakes, and moments where I wonder why I ever thought I understood this.
This a record of me figuring things out, unlearning some of what I thought I knew, and slowly building it back better.
A full-stack personal diary application built while exploring how a frontend, backend, authentication, and database fit together.
Built with: Java · Spring Boot · React · MySQL · JWT
What I worked on: REST APIs · Authentication · JWT · Pagination · Filtering · Database persistence
→ UniKart [Made as a part of clg Final yr Project]
A student marketplace for buying, selling, and offering products and services. Built as a full-stack project with separate services for authentication, products, services, payments, and reporting.
Built with: React · Node.js · Express · MongoDB · Cloudinary · Razorpay
Features: Buyer/Seller/Admin roles · Seller approval flow · Payments · Reviews · Reporting · Commission system
→ DSA
A collection of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving implementations written while strengthening my DSA fundamentals.
Language: Java
Topics: Arrays · Strings · Linked Lists · Trees · Graphs · Recursion · Bit Manipulation · Sliding Window
The repository where I break Java code to understand what is actually happening underneath.
It starts with core language concepts and OOP, and is gradually expanding into exceptions, I/O, streams, threads, concurrency, networking, and sockets.
Currently exploring: Oops . Threads · Runnable · Synchronization · Shared State · Monitors · wait() / notify() · Executors · Concurrent Collections
