docs: refresh README screenshots and restructure Setup#52
Merged
Conversation
Recapture the menu and the Peripheral/Device/Other Settings tabs against the current app, add a type-picker screenshot, and re-annotate them in the existing numbered-badge + legend style via a new reusable docs/annotate-screenshots.sh (drop fresh captures into docs/assets/raw/ and re-run to regenerate). Add a hero image and reorganize Setup into ordered per-tab steps. No code changes.

Refreshes the README screenshots (they predated the live menu-bar dropdown, per-peripheral type icons, and the sleep / auto-reconnect toggles) and tightens the Setup flow. No code changes.
