Adds three issue templates under
.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/that were missing (#304 — previously closed without landing):bug_report.md— structured bug report with repro steps, environment details (network, SDK version, Rust toolchain), and expected vs actual behaviour fields.feature_request.md— proposal template with motivation, proposed solution, affected contract(s), and alternatives sections.missing_test.md— targeted template for flagging untested functions or error paths, matching the dominant issue type in this repo's backlog (e.g. escrow::initialize() rejecting treasury == contract address has no test #306, milestones::initialize() rejecting treasury == contract address has no test #307, maintenance-pool::reclaim_deposit rejecting a call before the inactivity window elapses has no test #312).
