[Bug] [iOS 16][Safari] UI breaks after clicking “View Charter” #636

Description
On iOS 16 (Safari), clicking the “View Charter” button in the web app breaks the UI.
The same flow works correctly on iOS 26, Android, and desktop browsers.
Actual behavior
After clicking the button "View Charter", thе error appear in the UI:
In the console:
Blocked mixed content request
The page at https://charter.w3ds.metastate.foundation
was not allowed to load insecure content from
http://localhost:4321/motd
Network / CORS error
XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://localhost:4321/motd
due to access control checks
JavaScript execution failure
SyntaxError: Invalid regular expression: invalid group specifier name
Chunk loading failure
ChunkLoadError: Loading chunk 844 failed (missing: https://charter.w3ds.metastate.foundation/_next/static/chunks/844-97752f4c0ff696b1.js)
As a result, JS execution is interrupted and the UI becomes unusable.
Expected behavior
The Charter should open correctly and be available for signing.
Desktop:

- OS: iOS 16 (and possibly lower versions)
