Use native buffered renderers and block properties while retaining machine state, recipes, mining levels and the shared conduit behaviour.
Dependency sources are local-only. Publish the exact Base Metals and Power commits upstream before PR or hosted builds.

This brings Electric Advantage to Minecraft 1.15.2 while keeping registry names, stored energy, batteries, inventories, fluids and saved machine state intact.
It includes the native Forge build, resource and discovery updates, machine-property checks and connected-machine restart tests. I have checked the visuals and recipe unlocks in game. The shared Power Advantage test record separates the automated machine, migration and endurance results from the remaining manual checks and known limits.
The dependency pins refer to the tested Power Advantage and Base Metals sources now merged into MMD. This is a source update only; no tag or release is created.
