The combined Code/Docs notification collapsed the previous report into free-form summaries. Restore a fixed Feishu card layout with PR details, behavior changes, code and repository rules, CI results, and documentation review, separated by dividers and headed by the aggregate review status.
Each reviewer now fills named fields so the notification renderer owns the layout. Both results still use one delivery, with existing signing, message limits and incomplete-report handling. The Actions summary follows the same sections; English and Chinese maintainer guidance is updated.
Validation: 57 CI script tests, 3 translation tests, and a fresh independent review passed. Feishu client rendering has not been exercised with a real message.
