[Plugin] Seer download status only shows downloading, not stopped/stalled etc

What happened

If I stop a download it still shows downloading and the percentage it was lastly reported on, it should show stopped/stalled etc

Steps to reproduce

Add a download in seer, stop it form your client, and check the status page in moonfin
