CytoTargetDB is an immunotherapy target database providing researchers annotated information about immunotherapy clinical trials and the genes they target.

The database is created and updated using a hybrid automatic/manual approach. A large language model automatically annotates clinical trials. Outputs are standardized and machine-readable. Trials with outputs meeting certain criteria are then flagged for manual review.
