404/500 error page comps

404/500 styleguide/comps.
So we have the graphics here:

I think it would be good to get a general style/html of how to incorporate these images with a 'generic message' like "Uh-oh, something went wrong! " along with a specific message like "Signing the petition failed due to server error -- Please try again and if it still fails, please visit us later when we're back online. Report issues to help@moveon.org"

Here are links to the 404 and 500 page designs. I used sample header and body text just to demo how the messages should look when we figure out the content. Will there be one generic message that covers multiple scenarios. i.e (We cant find what you were looking for.) or a few specific messages for different situations (i.e. This petition no longer exists!)
