Problem
Several session-proven behaviors had no skill home: dcg block anatomy and workarounds, hunk-wise file revision, local checkpoint search; ProvenanceAudit and the ProvenanceAuditor agent drifted from current forge behavior; BashConventions duplicated forge-dev's BashDevelopment.
Approach
Adds GuardRails/DestructiveCommandGuard.md, IncrementalEdits, SessionSearch/LocalCheckpoints.md; updates SettingsMaintenance, SystemCheck, Wtf, ProvenanceAudit, ProvenanceAuditor; retires skills/BashConventions in favor of forge-dev BashDevelopment.
