The current progress summary still describes native presentation as unavailable and name trust as volatile even though the renderer and configured persistent trust are implemented. Reconcile those current claims, scope backend snapshots and retain the actual remaining product gates. Record the completed owned-drain qualification and its retained failed Rustdoc phase plus passing serialized repeat.
Only documentation/comments change. fmt and diff checks pass; capability vocabulary and broader platform CI remain required. Depends on #121; historical failed measurements and explicit stubs stay visible.
