Description

I have:

• updated /pricing-and-commercial/letters in line with the letter pricing page table on Confluence
• updated /delivery-times#letters in line with the delivery times page table on Confluence
• updated the blank letter templates on /upload-a-letter - I replaced the 6 documents in the assets folder

Context

The letter prices are changing following the recent procurement. Previously, we had a blended postage rate, and now we're going back to different prices for different postage types, sheets and letter types. NHS Notify's standard postage is still the default option.

I noticed that the letters section in Delivery times had out-of-date information linking to Royal Mail changes in July (2025!). So I've removed that and link out to Royal Mail's more generic delivery times page for 1st and business class.

I've also changed the guidance about how to use our non-default postage and letter inserts - Ops agreed that it's different depending on whether the user is live or onboarding.

This content has been approved by the relevant stakeholders.

Lastly, I've updated the blank Word letter templates. The devs and technical architects noticed that the margins and address window weren't consistent with all the layouts for our letter suppliers, off the back of the letter supplier framework work.

This is looking great Emma! I've left a couple of comments for the changes to the delivery times page, but I think /pricing-and-commercial/letters is good to go.

Have approved so as to not delay this going live. We can always make the tweaks to /using-nhs-notify/delivery-times next week.
