• This fixes a bug that was causing the RSV and Pertussis interruption pages to not show
• These should show conditionally, based on the estimated pregnancy date of the patient
• Also added routing to eligibility page so it won't ask for estimated due date twice in co-admin journey, it will go straight to consent page, it will also show interruption pages if conditions are met…
  • before 16 weeks - both interruptions will show
  • 16 to 28 weeks - RSV interruption will show
  • over 28 weeks - no interruption page will show

@benjystanton I'm impressed that you got those warnings all lined up correctly.

The only thing I'm not sure about is the due date question still showing in the co-admin journey, albeit with the answers pre-populated. I was expecting not to see the question at all for the second vaccine but am now unsure of what we agreed with Ileri. Let's check that with her.

@Anna-Sutton as you expected, Ileri also wants to skip the question entirely and go to consent unless a warning applies (in co-admin journey). So I'll take a look into adding this.

@benjystanton this all works a expected for me. But in the description at the top of this page, I'd delete these 2 bullets:

28 to 32 weeks - no interruption page will show
over 32 weeks - Pertussis interruption should show but the prototype doesn't handle this, yet

and instead say:

over 28 weeks - no interruption page will show
