Add: temporary Koala Plot build to fix graphs in screenshot tests - #217

Koala Plot charts don't render in previews and screenshot tests, which makes those screenshot tests less realistic. A fix has been submitted upstream (KoalaPlot/koalaplot-core#157) but isn't released yet. This commit therefore adds a local build that can be removed once the upstream fix is released.
