- Add .scalafix.conf (OrganizeImports, removeUnused off for Scala 3) and enable semanticdb so sbt scalafixAll runs; it had no rules and never ran - Compile with -encoding utf-8: sources are UTF-8, and under us-ascii the em dash in the unknown-model warnings reached users garbled, and semanticdb fingerprints never matched (Stale SemanticDB on 18 files) - Apply OrganizeImports across src/main and src/test (import order only)

sbt scalafixAllwork. It had no rules configured and had never run..scalafix.confwith OrganizeImports (removeUnused off; Scala 3 does not report unused imports to scalafix), plussemanticdbEnabled.-encoding utf-8instead ofus-ascii. The sources are UTF-8, so the em dash in the unknown-model warning reached users garbled, and semanticdb rejected 18 non-ASCII files as stale.sbt test: 361 passing.sbt "scalafixAll --check": clean.
