배경 (사용자 directive 2026-07-27)
apps/ai-server/prompts/에 존재하는 11개 에이전트가 최종 구성이다.docs/ai/agents/에는 2026-07-20 wave-6 번호 재부여(01–11) 이후에도 구번호 원본 4파일이 잔존해 번호 충돌·중복 상태였다(예:10_handoff_generator.md(구) vs10_sentiment_analyzer.md(신)). 본 PR로 스펙 번호를 재정립한다.최종 스펙 구성 — prompts 1:1
파기 4파일 (근거: 재번호본 대비 stale)
재번호본 4파일의 번호-재부여 배너에 구번호 원본 파기 사실을 명기했다(내용 변경은 배너 1줄뿐).

docs/ai/agent_collaboration_f1f5.md에 있음 — 병행 세션 소유 문서라 본 PR에서 수정하지 않음(구파일명 언급이 남지만 이력 기술로 정확).
