Add schedule image and PDF to NeuroDataReHack 2026 event page#162

Replace the schedule placeholder with the agenda image and a link to the agenda PDF, following the pattern used on the 2025 event page. The PNG is downscaled to 1400px wide and palette-quantized (1.57 MB to 615 KB) to keep the page lightweight while remaining readable.
