Root cause: NA Solution: Import the selected paper and planning archive and mark PDFs as binary. Risks: The nine reference PDFs increase the repository size by about 24 MB. Dependency: archive@b62cb0c. Links: #1

Uploads the requested local SLIM-ARC materials: docs/papers PDFs, plan, src, and scripts/profile/src. Excludes the three largest local-only blocks identified earlier: data/models, gitlab-clean, and docs/papers/llama.cpp. Nested .git directories are excluded while their working tree contents are uploaded. No runtime tests were run because this is an archival upload-only change.
