Adds the changelog entry #65 was missing, dates the 1.5.0 section, and updates the version markers in manifest.json, README.md, CLAUDE.md and PLAN.md. The membership-key migration note now names 1.5.0.

Validation: make verify-theme (108 Python tests, Sass compatibility, contract gate), all 12 JavaScript test suites, and git diff --check passed. Publishing the release ZIP and tag follow the merge; updating the dashboard theme catalogue and existing installed themes remain separate rollout steps.
