Nexi, the support agent, reads llms.txt and the pages it lists. Of 8 recurring support questions, the docs answered 1 in full. These entries answer the other 7.

Changes

  • Buy cover: the app runs on Ethereum mainnet. Explains the "switch to mainnet" prompt. Cover protects any EVM-compatible chain by default.
  • FAQ, Buying Cover:
    • Network: buy on Ethereum mainnet. Protect any EVM-compatible chain by default. The annex names exceptions.
    • Base and L2s: the cover protects a Base position. For a cover fee from L2 funds, buy through OpenCover.
    • OpenCover: independent distributor, Nexus Mutual cover on L2s including Base, own support.
    • Record of cover: the Etherscan transaction and the cover NFT.
  • FAQ, Solana: listings exist, named by protocol. The annex names the network. Search the app by protocol name.
  • FAQ, Security:
    • Contact: Nexus Mutual never contacts you first. Reach the team through the contact form or the in-app chat.
    • Invoices: an invoice you did not ask for is a scam.
  • FAQ frontmatter: a description listing the topics. llms.txt picks it up, so Nexi finds the FAQ for these questions.
