• assign openadapt-privacy the Support lifecycle role as the current public privacy dependency
• remove the static Alpha package classifier and stale substrate maturity claims
• inspect the exact wheel and source distribution before test or release publication
• reject static maturity classifiers, metadata drift, missing archives, and extra archives
