Recreated from CompleteDotTech/sdk#4 against the current upstream
main(66edd4d). The fork-onlyworkflow_dispatchrunner bootstrap was omitted.Adds the two test-only suites required by #38: representative authority-defect mutation coverage and direct negative coverage for every assertion helper, including exhaustive redaction/path/size-boundary cases. No runtime, schema, CLI, or packaging behavior changes are included.
This branch intentionally targets the current
main/merged #73 contract; upstream #74 is an open, newer conformance evolution and should be rebased/combined by the maintainer if it lands first. No cross-repository evidence is fabricated and publication remains blocked until the required platform records exist.Validation: the two added suites pass 153/153 locally; the source fork PR's Node 24.18.1 CI also passed.
