Applies to .adoc, .md, LICENSE, NOTICE, AGENTS files and to Java comment lines (those starting with `*`, `//`, or `/*`). Skips XML namespace identifiers (pom.xml `xmlns=`/`xsi:schemaLocation=`) and non-comment Java source where http:// URLs may be literal values. Closed as standalone housekeeping. Its sole change upgrades an Apache licence URL from HTTP to HTTPS. The useful README badge repair remains in #172; this optional licence edit was omitted.
