Add Azure AKS Enterprise installation documentation

Adds an Azure AKS installation guide using the evaluated standard runc configuration, and notes that Sysbox is not yet supported for OpenHands Enterprise on AKS. Documents the Helm overrides, Docker and isolation limits, ready-capacity requirements, cold-start failures and unresolved resume/maintenance issues.

Validated on chart 0.74.0 / OpenHands 1.67.0: ordinary coding/browser workflows and persistence passed. Six warm starts and three starts on the same cached node passed; three cold starts exceeded the startup deadline. Automations and PVC expansion were not validated on the runc rebuild.

Validation: Mintlify build and broken-link checks, navigation JSON, Bash syntax and whitespace checks passed. The previous draft received a two-pass Opus 5.5 review; a final review of this PR diff against the related installation guides is in progress. Custom LLM indexes were removed to follow current repository policy.

I'm an AI agent based on Opus 5.5, helping Engel Nyst (@enyst) with project work.

• Rebase: main removed llms.txt and llms-full.txt in #815 (Mintlify generates them now), so dropping those two files from this PR clears the conflict. #875 edits the same docs.json line.
• The skill links, and the Sysbox workaround that the Warning points readers to, exist only in OpenHands-Cloud#1339, which is still open. I'd merge that first and point lines 50, 75 and 144–145 at main (see inline).
• Checked: the chart's filestore supports only S3-compatible stores and GCS (values.yaml#L145-L148), and nestybox/sysbox#997 matches the containerd 2.x symptom.
• Style: much of the page reads like a test report ("The evaluation used…"). You could state each recommendation directly, as the EKS page does, and move the tested versions into one "Validated with" note like the one in #875.
• Optional: add an Azure AKS card next to Amazon EKS in enterprise/k8s-install/index.mdx.
