Why
OpenHands/enterprise-cookbook#16 renames the generated tab from "Cookbook" to "Enterprise Cookbook", as agreed in review of #884. The
AGENTS.mdsection added in #886 names the tab, so this updates its heading and first sentence to match. This can't go in #884, because the next sync would overwrite it.Validation
