…bugging This skill helps diagnose and resolve common issues on OpenHands Enterprise (OHE) self-hosted installations using Replicated VM-based infrastructure. Features: - Triage and diagnosis for 8 common failure modes - Guided recovery with step-by-step resolution - Support bundle generation and parsing - Escalation handoff template for platform team Derived from Linear issue PLTF-2910.
The skill/openhands-enterprise-troubleshooting branch predates the PR description and issue readiness validation jobs. As a result, pull_request_target checks out a base SHA that lacks .github/scripts/check_pr_description.py and the job fails with FileNotFoundError. Backport the scripts, workflows, and dependabot config from main so the PR-description and issue-readiness checks can run. Co-authored-by: openhands <openhands@all-hands.dev>

PR #457 fails the
Validate PR descriptioncheck with:pr-description-check.ymlusespull_request_targetand checks outgithub.event.pull_request.base.sha. For #457 the base branch isskill/openhands-enterprise-troubleshooting, which predates these scripts. The workflow file exists (inherited at branch creation) but the script it invokes does not, so the job errors out on file-not-found rather than on PR description problems.Retargeting #457 to
mainwould change the intended merge strategy (#457 is explicitly built on top of #456). Backporting the scripts onto the skill branch is the minimal fix.Validation
