ci: Point the Claude PR reviewer at aws-deadline/.github - #196

The callers were switched to OpenJobDescription/.github in 8b54d44, but the reusable Claude review workflows were never merged there (OpenJobDescription/.github#23 is still open). Every collect run since has failed with a workflow file error, so no PR has been reviewed. Use the same callers as the other OpenJobDescription repos. The Claude PR reviewer stopped running here after 8b54d44 switched the callers to
OpenJobDescription/.github. The reusable workflows they call don't exist there yet, because OpenJobDescription/.github#23 is still open. Everyclaude_pr_review_collect.ymlrun since then has failed with a workflow file error (for example, the run on #195), so no PR has gotten a Claude review.This restores the callers from before 8b54d44. They are byte-for-byte identical to the ones in openjd-model-for-python, openjd-sessions-for-python, openjd-cli, and openjd-rs, which call
aws-deadline/.githuband are reviewing PRs today..claude-review.mdstays in place. Theaws-deadlinereviewer ignores it, so the RFC-specific focus will be missing until #23 merges and the callers are pointed back at it.Was this change documented?
