add shuffle-only mode and booklet-signature option support

adds the booklet related filters inside of comments #239.
The additions are as follows:

1. addition of shuffle-only mode, which will reorder pages into booklet order but does not apply 2-up layout.
2. addition of booklet-signature option, which will control how many sheets belong to each booklet section. Without booklet-signature, all selected pages are treated as one signature. The option has no effect unless booklet=true or booklet=shuffle-only is also enabled.
