Omega is designed for people who publish the same campaign in several places and still want control over the details. The workspace keeps source media, format variants, descriptions, hashtags, account choices, timing, and results connected.

The template-first mode does not require a generative service. Saved layouts, caption structures, hashtag groups, account presets, and media rules can handle a complete planning and publishing routine. External generation APIs are optional connections for teams that choose to use them.

Workflow

  1. Create a workspace and add the accounts you manage.
  2. Start with a reusable template or import a batch of images and videos.
  3. Prepare platform-specific sizes, then adjust each crop and preview.
  4. Edit descriptions and hashtag groups without losing the shared campaign context.
  5. Choose accounts, dates, and times, then place posts on the publishing calendar.
  6. Compare reach and reactions after publishing. Timing suggestions use recorded performance history.

Feature directory

Area What it covers

Optional generation connections User-configured external APIs can support copy or media creation. These services are not required for the core template workflow.
Batch media preparation Import several images or videos, track processing status, and prepare them as a group.
Format adaptation Create and review sizes for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn while keeping the source media attached.
Copy editing Edit each description, call to action, and hashtag group before it enters the queue.
Scheduled cross-posting Assign posts to selected accounts, set dates and times, and manage the upcoming queue from the calendar.
Multiple accounts Keep account groups separate while sharing campaign media and templates when appropriate.
Publishing analytics Compare reach and reactions by post, account, destination, and time period when connected accounts provide those metrics.
Timing recommendations Suggest calendar slots from recorded historical performance. This feature does not require generative AI.

Publishing calendar

The calendar puts scheduled posts, account groups, the upcoming queue, and timing suggestions in one view. Recommendations come from the workspace's own performance history, so editors can inspect the evidence behind a suggested slot.

Content workspace

The content workspace keeps the source file beside its crop variants. Editors can compare 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 versions, revise the caption and hashtags, choose accounts, and add the item to the schedule.
