Adds run/stop controls to the TUI, plus `stop`/`status` commands, for managing the Mithril node and its Lightbringer helper. - Run or stop the node and Lightbringer from the TUI or the command line. - Lightbringer is managed alongside the node — started with it and shut down with it. - Detects when a previous run crashed and shows you how to fix it. - Stops the node cleanly, and shows disk and health checks before you start. - Edit your config from the TUI.
