EN 18222 8.1 makes the compressed representation the default when the representation query flag is absent. The payloadHash of did-oyd-log binds the full representation, so ProofCheck now requests the serviceEndpoint with representation=full (added to an existing query, replacing another representation value). Services that do not know the flag ignore it, so existing payloadHashes stay valid. Tests for the URL building and for an endpoint that answers only without the flag; README updated.
