cphi-Sleep: Sovereign Natural Hybrid Sleep System

A clinical rejection of the "Foam Tax," fiberglass fire barriers, and petroleum-based bed-in-a-box mattresses.

The cphi-Sleep system is a complete DIY blueprint for building a durable, non-toxic natural latex hybrid mattress using 100% natural materials: Dunlop & Talalay latex, individually pocketed coils, and organic wool.

Why This Matters
Retail hybrids (Tempur-Pedic, Casper, Purple, etc.) routinely sell for $2,500–$4,500. Most are made of polyurethane foam that off-gasses VOCs, traps heat, and sags within 5–8 years, often with hidden fiberglass fire barriers.

cphi-Sleep replaces marketing abstraction with deterministic engineering: renewable natural latex, breathable open-cell structure, zero motion transfer coils, and a safe natural wool fire barrier.
