EcoLens media optimization report and Cloudinary loader

[PRODHOSH]

EcoLens analyzed this repository and found that media assets can be reduced by 49.0%.

This PR adds:

• ECOLENS_REPORT.md with impact metrics, setup steps, and a full asset list
• cloudinary-loader.js as a starter image loader

Note: This PR does not rewrite image references automatically.

Setup:

1. Retrieve your Cloudinary cloud name from https://console.cloudinary.com
2. Add CLOUDINARY_CLOUD_NAME (or NEXT_PUBLIC_CLOUDINARY_CLOUD_NAME) to your .env
3. Start the app and verify images load via Cloudinary

Validation:

• Confirm that optimized URLs include f_auto,q_auto:eco,w_auto,dpr_auto,g_auto,e_auto_contrast,e_sharpen
• Measure page weight before and after
