…nd step clickability - Parashield-Protocol#604: Format oracle key coordinates with N/S/E/W indicators (e.g. '0.0917S, 34.7679E') instead of raw comma-separated values - Parashield-Protocol#605: Extend toast timeout by 6s when SpeechSynthesis is active so screen readers can finish reading before auto-dismiss - Parashield-Protocol#606: Return 'No Data' for confidence 0 instead of misleading 'Low'; also return gray color for zero confidence - Parashield-Protocol#607: Add cursor-pointer and hover state to completed steps in StepProgress so users can tell they are clickable
